Thank you for your support of Zion Dominion Global Ministries. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of individuals like you to further our mission and achieve our goals. In order to maintain transparency and ensure the efficient use of resources, we have established the following No Refund Policy.

Scope
This No Refund Policy applies to all donations and contributions made to Zion Dominion Global Ministries, as well as any products or services provided by us in exchange for donations. -
Agreement to the No Refund Policy
By making a donation or contribution to Zion Dominion Global Ministries, or by engaging in any transaction involving our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. -
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any donations or contributions once they have been made. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
a. Change of Mind: We are unable to accommodate refund requests due to a change of mind or personal preferences after the donation or contribution has been made.
b. Dissatisfaction: In case you are dissatisfied with any product or service provided by us, we encourage you to contact our customer support team. While we will make our best efforts to address your concerns and provide assistance, this does not entitle you to a refund.
c. Non-Utilization: If you have not utilized or availed of any product or service provided by us, it does not warrant a refund. The responsibility to utilize the product or service lies with the donor or contributor.
d. Technical Incompatibility: We cannot be held responsible for compatibility issues between our products/services and your hardware, software, or other systems. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before making a donation or contribution. -
Exceptions
There may be exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, where we may consider issuing a refund. However, such instances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not establish an obligation on our part to provide a refund in the future. -
Cancelled or Discontinued Products/Services
If we decide to cancel or discontinue a product or service, we may provide a refund at our discretion for any remaining duration or unused portion of the product or service. -
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact our customer support team to address any concerns or issues you may have. -
Modification or Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate this No Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice or liability. -
Severability
If any provision of this No Refund Policy is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
